All of our homes have full 1/2 inch tape and  heavy textured interior walls with studs 16" on center just like a site built home.  Drywall will not burn like the  vinyl panel walls of older homes. The new model homes have a 16" overhang standard on all the homes except the 30 wide homes because of road restrictions. These will have a 12" overhang. Heat vents have been moved from the floor in the kitchen and baths to the cabinet kick boards. How nice is that! Homes can be ordered in either 90" or 96" side wall height for catheral vaulted ceilings or 8'  & 9' flat heights for adobe style homes as shown below.  New option for 2010 "THE IMPACT PACKAGE" ......9' high side walls ..........flat ceilings ...... 80" tall windows...... Coffered ceiling in the living room........ 42" hardwood overhead cabinets in the kitchen

We can order your home with several different types of fire places. We have see through, rock front, corner, ceramic faced, and full wall units.They can be ordered in  wood or gas burning.
