We have all the samples of vinyl flooring, Nafco 15 year flooring, carpets, Corian countertops,  ceramics, mini , vertical,& 21/2" blinds, drapes, roofing, and exterior paint colors. There are dozens  of combinations to choose from.

Remember most of the homes that  we sell,  sell for between $48 and $60 a sq. ft. and that is the delivered and set up price with up to 200 miles delivery from the factory.  Some sell for more, and some even sell for less.The rule of thumb is,  The  bigger the home, the lower the cost per sq. ft.
